We all need time alone. While I suppose there is a logical uninteresting reason for this bison dining alone, I like to think it just wanted solitude. Away from whatever it is that bison need a break from in their herdish lives. Maybe it is bison gossip and bickering that drove this one to break away for just a moment. Maybe.
